Workers and trainer is super friendly. Have many machines and free weights. They offer a variety of classes at various times. People also working out are nice, they help you and just talk to you to get to know you. Music is playing and most cardio machines have TV's on them. Bathrooms are always clean and smell nice. Such a nice gym. I love going here.
Nice and clean. Not full of skinny people that make you feel uncomfortable. Real nice staff! Only problem is no list of machines.
Nice place to workout. Cean restrooms, decent music, they have a supplement vending machine and a modern water faucet to refill your bottles easier.
Weight training made easy, ie. almost everything here is machine/resistance training equipment. But there are a few places where you can still use dumbbells, and the entire gym is very spacious. The staff there are very friendly, though they are rarely there when i work out (5-6 am most days). There are also quite a variety of machines for just about every exercise you can think of. In a nutshell, a good place to get your sweat on.
